Saturday paperwork, gone.

Snap a photo of a paper invoice. InvoiceIQ reads it with Claude, files it under the vendor, and shows you what you spent, what's due, and what's getting more expensive. Built for any small business with a shoebox of paper.

How it works

Snap. File. See.

Three steps, and the first one is the only one you do.

  1. Snap it

Take a photo of the invoice when it lands — at the counter, in the truck, at the back door. No scanner, no typing.

  2. Claude reads and files it

AI vision from Anthropic's Claude picks out the vendor, invoice date, due date, line items and total, then files the invoice under that vendor.

  3. You see where it goes

Spend by vendor, what's due and when, and the price trend on the things you buy again and again — in one place, without retyping a line.

The dashboard

The shoebox, sorted.

Every invoice you snap feeds one view: who you pay, what you owe next, and which prices are creeping up.

Spend by vendor

See what each supplier cost you this week, this month, this quarter — totalled from the invoices themselves, not from memory.

Due-date alerts

The due date is read off the invoice, so the reminder shows up before the late fee does.

Price trends and vendor tracking

When the same item costs more than it did last month, you see it. Every vendor keeps a running history of what they charged you.

Names and numbers on this screen are illustrative.

Smart Order

One list. Every vendor.

InvoiceIQ already knows what you buy and who you buy it from. Smart Order turns that into a draft order, and the shopping list splits itself by vendor so nothing gets forgotten on the second call.

  • Smart Order drafts your next order from what you already buy
  • Cross-vendor shopping lists, grouped by who sells each item
  • Already keep an order sheet? Upload it and it becomes a reusable shopping template

Your invoices stay yours.

Your invoices show exactly who you buy from and what you pay. That isn't ours to sell, so we don't.

  • Accounting login required

You don't connect QuickBooks or anything else to start. Open the app and snap.

  • Ads

There are no ads in InvoiceIQ. You are not the product.

  • Data resale

Your invoices, vendors and prices are not sold to anyone.

The one thing that leaves

Anonymized price signals, to DVB

InvoiceIQ contributes anonymized price signals to DVB, the JARBIZ intelligence mesh. Not your invoices, not your name, not your vendor list — just prices, with the source stripped out.

  • A price is only released when at least 2 sources and 3 samples agree
  • Released prices are rounded to the nearest $0.50
  • Push-only: no one can query DVB for your business's data

Works great with REDIS.4U

On the other side of the invoice.

InvoiceIQ is for the businesses that receive invoices. If you're the wholesale distributor sending them, REDIS.4U is the JARBIZ product built for you: catalog, warehouse, orders, routes, AR and QuickBooks Online sync in one operational core.
