JARBIZ INC · the family, distribution to the dinner rush

One family. One grid.

JARBIZ INC builds software for the people who actually run distribution — owners, AR clerks, warehouse leads, drivers, outside sales reps — and, next, the restaurants they deliver to. REDIS.4U is the flagship, built around the QuickBooks you already use and now in production at our first distributor. Each product works on its own. They share an intelligence mesh, and a stubborn refusal to share your data.

For the people who run distribution

Software for the roles that actually do the work.

Mobile-first by design. Every screen built to work with one hand on a phone, in conditions that aren't an office.

Driver

"Where's the next stop?"

  • Claim a route run
  • Scan bins on the truck
  • Capture POD photo + signature
  • Flag MAD (missing at delivery) and returns

Warehouse · Picker · Receiver

"Sort it by bin. Pick easy."

  • Pick list sorted by bin location
  • Bluetooth mobile scanner support
  • Short pick auto-creates a PFO
  • Receive POs against vendor docs

Outside sales rep

"Market Averages, proposals in seconds."

  • Snap a competitor's invoice on the way in
  • Walkthrough mode — point camera at their shelves
  • Build a comparative product list (CML)
  • Capture business cards into the pipeline

AR clerk · Comptroller

"Who needs a call today?"

  • AR aging in real time
  • Balances read from QuickBooks — never chase a paid invoice
  • Monthly statements on a cron
  • Credit holds and credit-memo management

Owner · General manager

"One screen for everything."

  • One dashboard across sales, warehouse, AR
  • AI insights without leaving the system
  • QBO stays the system of record
  • Tenant-level controls and audit trails

Procurement · Buyer

"Fair market price, maybe?"

  • Snap a vendor invoice — get a bill draft
  • See if your cost is in the market range
  • Vendor reliability scoring
  • Anomaly alerts on price spikes

The JARBIZ INC ecosystem

Seven products. Independent by design.

Every product is built to work standalone. The connections between them are enrichments — not dependencies. Some are live, some are being built, some are still on the roadmap; each card says which.

REDIS.4U

The operating system for wholesale distributors.

Sales, pricing, warehouse, AR, routes, team chat and a phone-first customer portal, plus thirteen AI engines (E1–E13) each running a first slice nightly — all working from the QuickBooks Online data you already trust. It runs every day at our first distributor on their live QuickBooks books; warehouse and invoicing are in a supervised parallel run. Public sign-up is closed while we onboard distributors in waves.

CReMA

Customer relationships, finally on one screen.

AR aging, credit holds, recurring orders, 5-stage dunning, monthly statements, customer portal. Works inside REDIS.4U or standalone for any SMB on QuickBooks.

Inside REDIS.4U · modulesPlanned

REDIS.4U modules

Time, pay, money in, money out — on the same screen as the orders.

Build specs are written for IN-OUT (workforce time, route and pay), PAY-IN PRO (getting paid: checks, e-check and cards matched to invoices) and PAY-OUT PRO (paying bills and people, with a named approver releasing every run). Asset Management, Fleet Management and HR follow. The rules are the same everywhere: REDIS.4U never holds your money, humans release every payment, and QuickBooks stays the book of record. Team Chat is the one module already live.

HUNTER

Track. Attack. Feast. Repeat.

New-business acquisition for distributors. A 5-stage prospect pipeline with competitor invoice scanning, comparative product lists, business-card capture, and one-tap Close-Won that mints a customer with a cloned price list. Built for reps who walk in cold. (Territory lead-routing via DVB is on the roadmap.)

InvoiceIQ APP

Saturday paperwork, gone.

A free, photo-first invoice organizer for any small business with a shoebox of paper. Snap an invoice and AI vision (Claude) reads it, files it, and tracks due dates, vendor spend, and price trends — plus Smart Order drafts and cross-vendor shopping lists. No accounting login required. No ads. No data resale.

Restaurants · next big projectPlanned

LITPOS

Less cost, still LIT. Friday night works with the internet down.

A restaurant point of sale on tablets and handhelds the restaurant owns. Money never passes through JARBIZ — each restaurant is its own merchant and settles straight to its own bank. Card data never touches LITPOS. A hub on the local network keeps orders, kitchen tickets and open checks running when the internet drops. InvoiceIQ checks supplier invoices, and par-level reorders go through the REDIS.4U ordering API. Build spec written; pilot restaurant not yet chosen.

ACCAI

The auditor that never sleeps, and never touches the books without a signature.

An AI agent that watches a company's QuickBooks Online books, read-only by construction. Deterministic nightly control checks and a change journal catch silent changes; an analyst layer explains them in plain English. It can draft a correction, but only a person approves it. Running on one company's own books; not yet offered.

DVB · DataVaultBrain

The intelligence mesh.

Its own service, live at dvb.redis4u.com — an anonymizing engine that turns observations from across the ecosystem into market signals. Apps push to /ingest; they read back an aggregate from /price-signal, released only once at least 2 sources and 3 samples agree and rounded to the nearest $0.50. A canonicalization layer collapses the same product written a dozen ways into one signal, and a shared nickname dictionary (/aka) maps kitchen slang to canonical names — both surfaced only at k-anonymity ≥ 2. Push-only. Never queryable by tenant. The moat is what it refuses to expose.

The four classes of data

Plain English. Belt and suspenders.

Multi-tenant isolation enforced by Prisma queries AND Postgres row-level security. AI vision runs on Anthropic Claude through a DVB proxy. We're allergic to data resale.

A

Tenant private

Your own operational data. Visible to you. Never shared, ever.

B

Confidential

Raw competitor prices and source identities. AES-256-GCM encrypted. Developer + master key only.

C

Anonymized aggregate

Price signals and trend directions — released only once at least 2 independent sources and 3 samples agree, rounded to $0.50. No source identity ever attached.

D

Your output

Derived signals back to you — ranges, alerts, recommendations. Never raw upstream data.

Built by an operator

We didn't read about distribution in a deck. We live it. Every feature in REDIS.4U came from a real warehouse problem — a backorder that broke a promise, an AR that fell through the cracks, a driver stuck on the phone with the office.

Radical transparency

What's shipped. What's coming. What we won't build.

We publish our build status the same way we publish our refused endpoints — because pre-launch honesty is cheaper than post-launch apologies.
